Airports
Upon arrival at the Airports, Customers will be received by the Private Driver at the Information Desk. The driver will have a sign or tablet with the Customer's name.
At the airport, after landing, we wait 1 hour without any extra charge. After that, we will charge the waiting time at the maximum of to 2 hours and will be a no-show.
If You have a problem with lost luggage or any other delay in your arrival you must contact the Transfer Company Emergency number +44785 067 26 64 operating 24/7.
Under no circumstances will the Jesus Travel Company be responsible for any type of compensation to the Customer if the previous obligations are not observed.
In the event of missed connecting flights, the Customer must immediately contact the emergency number so that
a new Pick-Up on the same day or the next day is organized at no additional cost.

If there is an extra stop on the initial route there will be an additional £10 per stop.
All parking fees are included in the stipulated waiting time, after which you will be charged £15 for each additional half hour, up to a maximum waiting time of 1 hour, after which time it will be considered a "no show".
Travel to the city center will incur an additional £15 congestion charge.
Reservations canceled within 48 hours 50% refund.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours 0% refund.
Hotels

We recommend 4 hours in advance of your flight time.
Departures to Airports for Luton, Stansted and Gatwick, we recommend 5 hours in advance of your flight time.
On weekends until 11am, all previous collection times
are reduced by 1h.
Under no circumstances will the Jesus Travel Company be responsible for the Customer's missed flight.
